Item - Vintage Souvenir Match Barrel made from the teak of the Royal Navy's HMS Queen Elizabeth after the ship was decommissioned and scraped in 1948 (please see all photos).

Other Interesting Points - HMS Queen Elizabeth (displacement approx. 33,000 tons) was the lead ship of the Queen Elizabeth class battleships laid down for the Royal Navy and was launched in October 1913.

In WW1 she saw action at Jutland and in the Dardanelles and further service in WW2 in the Mediterranean and Pacific. She was subsequently scrapped in 1948
