Item - Large Empty Vintage Houbigant of Paris 'Chantilly' Glass Perfume Display Bottle, Circa 1970s (Please See All Pics). The bottle is etched to the base with HOUBIGANT BOTTLE MADE IN JAPAN.
A Factice bottle is what perfume shops/retailers use within the shop to show the perfumes or redesigned bottles, they only ever contain a coloured solution..
This particular bottle is a Vintage Houbigant 'Chantilly' measuring 11.25" in height with a glass stopper, in fact this factice is identical in every way to the standard sized retail bottles of the 1970s, except on a much larger scale.
The bottle will be sent out empty (the fluid in the picture is just what we use for pictures), but could be used as a rather different and interesting drinks decanter or maybe for bath soak/oils within the bathroom (Please see all photos).
