Item - Pair of Vintage Double Spring Expanding Armlets most likely produced by Harcourt of England in A. Ainsworth & Sons Carboard Jewellery Box, Circa 1940/50s; the arm bands are most likely rolled gold but as they are unmarked will have to be considered as gold coloured base metal.
Maker - Not marked but most likely Harcourt of England
Marks - Box printed with details of retailer
Circa - 1940/50s
Construction - As mentioned above most likely Rolled Gold...so have to be considered as Gold Coloured Base Metal
Country of Origin - England
Box Dimensions - 5.5" by 1.75" (the armlets will fit most sizes of arm)
Weight - 68 gram in original box
Condition - Excellent Used Condition with the ocassional slight blemish, the box is also in Excellent Condition with one or two light marks (please see all photos)
Other Interesting Points - This is a fantastic pair of double spring Expanding Armlets/Armbands, very similar to Lambournes Sophos type but most likely produced by Harcourt of England.
