Item - Vintage NON-XLL Joseph Allen & Sons of Sheffield Stainless Twin Blade Knife with advertising for Gold Seal Essences (Soluble fruit flavours, essences, and compounding ingredients) by Clayton & Jowett Ltd of Liverpool, England, Circa 1920/30s (Please See All Pics).   

Maker - Joseph Allen & Sons of Sheffield.

Marks - Stamped to the main blade with NON-XLL JOSEPH ALLEN & SONS to one side and SHEFFIELD ENGLAND to the other, the penknife blade is then stamped to one side with NON-XLL JOSEPH ALLEN & SONS SHEFFIELD.

Circa - 1920/30s

Construction - Stainless Steel.

Country of Origin - England

Length - 3" in length (closed)

Weight - 31 gram

Condition - Good Used Condition with scratching to the surface throughout and nibbles to both blades (please see all photos).
