This is a medical instrument made by Sklar of U.S.A. a pair of long handled forceps with a slightly angled head with a small tapered hole jaw, Circa 1950s, though even with the original medical/surgical catalogues that we have here, we still have not been able to identify its use. The Instrument is stamped with the following details  - SKLAR STAINLESS U.S.A. (Please see all Photos).

The Forceps measure 9" in length and are in Excellent Used Conditon (Please Refer to Photos).
