Item - Vintage 'Boots the Chemist' Urinal, Circa 1930-1950s (Please See All Pics);  this funny looking ceramic bottle was quite common place within Hospitals/Sick Rooms and Homes throughout the World and was used by patients & invalids... and still is, though the modern versions are made from cardboard or plastic.
