Item - Vintage Half Fluted Pint Glass produced for Lion Blackburn Ales of Matthew Brown's Lion Brewery of Coniston Road, Blackburn, Circa 1930/40s.

This measured Pint Glass is acid etched to the front with Lion Blackburn Ales logo and to the rear the official weights & measures crown mark to the body, which includes the measure size, the Crown, the initials GR, and the Verification County number of 478 for St Helens where it was checked for accuracy, this in turn collates with the fact that lots of glass was produced in the St Helens area (please see all photos)
