Vintage Lion Brand Snap Cufflinks Cuff Links Art Deco Geometric Design Octagonal Circa 1930s

Construction -  Base Metal Fronts with Solid Brass Fastener

Country of Origin - England

Face Dimensions -  13.5mm across flats

Weight - 8 gram

Condition - Excellent Used Condition though it appears that the faces were once finished in goldtone and a small amount remains but overall a chrome finish is most prominent.

Other Interesting Points - Snap Cufflinks are probably the easiest cufflinks to use; both pieces have identical faces - one half of the cufflink is put into the rear part of the sleeve and one half into the front part of the sleeve, this process is then repeated on the other sleeve.......then once all four pieces are in place, put on shirt and snap cufflinks together......Snap Cufflinks were extremely popular in the 1920s, 30s & 40s but appeared to fade out of Fashion......but they are back! Anything to make Life that little bit easier......
