Item - Vintage Tin '2 Cup' Flour/Icing Sugar Sifter Sieve by Taylor, Law & Co Ltd of Birmingham, Circa 1920/30s...this clever device works by pouring the flour/icing sugar in and then moving the handle from left to right.
Maker - Tala (Taylor, Law & Co. Ltd of Birmingham)
Marks - Embossed with - TALA REGD MADE IN ENGLAND to one side and the markings for ONE CUP and TWO CUPS to the other.
