Item - Vintage Herbert Terry Wooden Sprung Wash Tongs, Circa 1930s as used for removing clothes from boiling hot water...especially loved by the owners of twin tubs. This is a early example as they are stamped with the Provisional Registration Number granted in 1932 by the British Patents Office (please see all photos).
