Item - Vintage Signal of Sheffield Garden Shears/Cutters, Circa 1930/40s (please see all photos); a beautiful pair of shears with shaped handles to aid grip.

One of the handles is stamped with the "Signal" mark as used by Cooper & Sons of Sheffield.

Please note the last image shows an original 1947 advert that features this very pair of shears to the top left.
