Item - Vintage Gilpin & Whitehouse Half Moon Edging Iron/Lawn Edger, Circa 1950s, very nice example with makers stamps to the blade and also original (worn) labels to the handle (please see all photos).

Maker - Gilpin & Whitehouse of Cannock, Staffordshire, England

Stamps - Stamped to the blade with - GILPIN & WHITEHOUSE mark and also the WHITEHOUSE mark. The Handle also features two original paper labels.

Type - Gardening Tool

Circa - 1940/50s

Construction - Wood Handle/Metal Blade

Country of Origin - England

Dimensions - 36" in length

Weight - 784 gram

Condition - Excellent Used Condition.

Other Interesting Points - Must have very little use as it still retains it's original paper labels.
