Item - Vintage Boxed Boxwood House Martin 'Staunton' Chess Set in Original Pine Box complete with Laminated Board, Circa 1960/70s; the particular set has a 2.375" King and a 14" square board.

Maker - The Pieces are made by House Martin, the board is unmarked.

Construction -  Pine Box with paper label - Wooden Pieces

Country of Origin - England

Box Dimensions - 6.5" by 3.5" (2.25" in height) ...to give a idea of the pieces heights the King measures 2.375" in height, the board measures 14" square.

Total Weight - 1503g

Condition - Very Good Used Condition, part of the paper label is missing on the box and there is a small chip to one corner of the board.
