Item - Vintage Art Deco Two Drawer Square Mechanical Pencil/Ruler combination stamped with advertisement for Symington's Soup, Circa 1930s. This rather unusual silver plated mechanical pencil is marked with imperial & metric system measurements from 0" to 12" and 0 to 30cms. The pencil also features a clip which is stamped with the detail - FOREIGN. (please see all photos)

Stamps - Stamped to the pencil clip as above....also stamped with the advertisement for SYMINGTON'S SOUP.

Type - Mechanical Combination Pencil/Ruler/Advertising - Twist Mechanism

Circa - 1920/30s

Construction - Silver Plated Metal

Country of Origin - Not marked but most likely Germany

Dimensions - 6.25" in length extending to 14.25"

Weight - 26 gram

Condition - Excellent Used Condition (though a couple of very small dings to casing), mechanism appears to be working ok....but no lead present.
