Item - Pair of Early Eugen Sandow's Patent No. 2 Gentlemen's Cast Iron Dumb-bells produced by Sandow's Dumb Bell Company of Victoria Embankment , Savoy Corner, London, England, Circa 1900s; the company then moved to Bury Street in London and also went on to have works in Burnham, Birmingham, Berlin, Paris and New York.

Maker - Sandow Grip Dumb-Bell Company of Victoria Embankment, Savoy Corner, London, England

Stamps - The Weights are cast to their ends with the SANDOW name and also PATENT; and the size number 2.

Construction - Cast Iron with wooden handles that are finished with Nickel Plated End Caps

Circa - 1890/1900

Dimensions -
6.625" in length

Weight - Dumbells - 1650 grams (825 grams each dumbbell), unpackaged.

Condition - Excellent Used Condition (please refer to photos)
