Condition - Excellent Used Condition with just a small amount of the plating missing to the ends (please see all pics)
Other Interesting Points - Toffee Hammers are deigned to break slabs of hard toffee, but during the suffragette movement of the early 20th Century they were used for breaking windows as a form of showing displeasure in a political situation.
