Item - This is a lovely hard to find decision making nickel plated bottle opener, Circa 1930s that is stamped with the details WHO PAYS? and a pointer arrow; the handle of the opener is also punched with a dimple, this is so that when the opener is placed on a flat surface it can be spun around. Once the opener stops spinning the person that it is pointing to is the one that pays the bill, ideal for the pub, bar, club, restaurant, etc..
