Item - Scarce Vintage Monopol "Hermet" Folding Bottle Opener/Sealer, Circa 1950s (please see all photos). This nickel plated folding opener from Italy is a clever little idea as not only does it open your bottles but it also as a sealer/stopper by placing the opposite side of the opener over the top of the bottle and pushing down the opener side towards the neck of the bottle so the rubber within forms a seal...very handy!

Condition - Very Good Used Condition.
Other Interesting Points - Monopol was a maker of Corkscrews and Bottle Openers, we have seen plenty "Hermetus" Bottle Openers but only ever seen one other "Hermet".
