Dimensions - Whistle 2.35" in length, strap measures 7.75" including ring.

Condition - Excellent Used Condition and fully working (please see all photos) 

Other Interesting Points - De Courcy produced whistles from 1888 until 1927 when the company was taken over by Hudson & Co.
