Order Dispatching

The bulk of orders will be posted within a couple of hours of payment being received if payment is made between the hours of 9.00 and 1500, Monday to Friday. All Orders placed at the weekend will be sent out Monday Morning, if you require Next Day Delivery please make sure that your order is placed before 13:00 GMT (Mon to Thurs) to give us time to prepare the item, package it and get it the Post Office. Larger and Heavier Items that require a courier service will need 24 hours grace before being dispatched, this is for administration and packaging; smaller items are sent by Next Day delivery at the Post Office! If you ever require very fast dispatch please feel free to contact us direct on 07761 72 55 40 with your requirements

Well if you are still looking for a particular item and have not found it on the site, then please feel free to contact us by clicking on the dog with your requirements, as unfortunately we do not have the time or resources to list all items in stock and can on most occasions source items that we do not have in stock through a network of dealers - Trust us 'Fido' is good at fetch. We promise to respond with 24 hours, in most cases sourcing the required item within 7 days
