Item - Antique Simpson, Studwell & Swick of New York, USA Oversized Cork Tipped Cigarette in Corked Glass Tube, Circa 1930s; oversized cigarettes such as Banquets and Blue Diamond were sold from hotel lobby and cigar store counters at 5 cents each.
Each cigarette was packed in an individual glass (or later plastic) tube finished with a cork stopper. Banquets were first made by Simpson Studwell & Swick and later by Fleming Hall Tobacco Co. of New York. .
