Item - Original Antique Metropolitan Patent Police Whistle produced by J. Hudson & Co of Barr Street, Birmingham, England, Circa 1885-1901.... Patent Diaphragm, Pre 01 Thin Cap and stamp confirms date... unusually this particular example does not feature an address and also the mouthpiece appears to be internally square (please see all pics).

Marks - Stamped to the body - THE METROPOLITAN PATENT also stamped to the diaphragm with J HUDSON & Co PATENT.
Circa - 1885-1901

Condition - Excellent Used Condition with only a small ding to the body close to the final 'T' on the word Patent... (please see all photos).
