Item - Antique Hudson & Co Ltd 'Rose' Registered Design Whistle, Circa 1911-24; this particular whistle is a early example of the Thunderer whistle as it predates the change to the knop which Hudson was granted the patent in 1924. This whistle also features the 'ROSE' stamp and roses to either side of the body.

Maker - J Hudson & Co. of Birmingham, England.

Marks - Stamped to the top with THE ACME REGD ROSE (Please see all Pics)

Circa - 1911-23

Construction - Nickel Plated Brass 

Country of Origin - England

Dimensions - 1.85" in length   

Weight - 22 gram

Condition - Very Good Used Condition with some wear to the plating through use and age (please see all photos)
