Antique Gentleman's Folding Moustache Beard Comb Straight Razor Barbers Shaving Circa 1840-80s

Item - Rare Antique Folding Moustache/Beard Comb with rosewood scales, Circa 1840-80s; unfortunately we have been unable to find any makers mark....but it is extremely well constructed and hand cut....has the feel and look of cutler made, most likely Sheffield, England. This type of comb would have been used mid 19th century for keeping ones facial hair in shape...we are led to understand it would have also been used in conjunction with a straight razor for trimming purposes (please see all photos).
