Item - Vintage Pocket German Mechanical Correntator (Number 124667) Calculator made by Continentale Buroreform (CBR), Berlin, Germany, Circa 1920-1930; complete in original green leather case with Pad, Stylus and Stylus Holder.
This type of calculator was used for addition and subtraction of monetary values and is marked in Pounds, Shillings and Pence. The calculator is a single sided device made from gold coloured aluminium.
An unusual feature of this particular calculator was the flip panel to the centre which was used to switch between addition and subtraction. At the top of the device there is a metal reset bar to zero the calculator.

Marks - Stamped to the rear with 124667 and MADE IN GERMANY.
