Item - Antique Acme Boy Scouts Compass Whistle produced by J Hudson & Co of Birmingham, Circa 1924-40s (Please See All Pics). This was the earlier design of compass whistle by Hudsons being superseded by the type where the compass is attached the body. This was registered in 1924 and given the Registered Design Number 705987. This type of whistle came in three sizes which this was the largest and numbered 523 in the catalogue.
