The Catalogue measures 5.75" by 4" folding out to 5.75" by 28" and is in Very Good Used Conditon, though there is a 2mm tear to the bottom of the cover page. There is a charge for postage & packaging of £1.00 to all U.K. Residents (1st Class Mail Only, others P.O.A), with the catalogue being well packed against stiff card and sent in a bubbled envelope.
