Vintage Toffee Tin John Mackintosh's Quality Street Queen Elizabeth II Coronation Souvenir 1953

This is a vintage Elizabeth II Coronation tin from John Mackintosh & Sons Limited of Halifax that once contained Quality Street, and produced as a souvenir for the Coronation of the Queen. The pull off lid of the tin has a fantastic image of Queen Elizabeth II, the sides are decorated with royal shields entwined with roses,thistles,shamrocks and daffodils representing the four countries of the United Kingdom. The base of the tin is printed with the details - THIS SOUVENIR IS FILLED WITH MACKINTOSH'S 'QUALITY STREET' REGD. MADE IN ENGLAND BY JOHN MACKINTOSH & SONS LIMITED, HALIFAX (Please see all Photos). The Tin measures 5.25" in diameter, with a depth of 3" and is in Excellent Used Conditon (please refer to photos).
