Other Interesting Points - This sweet pocket stapler is stamped to the base with the Rexel logo, the Bambi registered tradename and the details - USE ONLY BAMBI STAPLES MADE IN ENGLAND BRITISH PATENT No. 756534 FOREIGN PATENTS PENDING, so quite an early example of the bambi stapler. The stapler is also adorned with the advertisment for Switchgear & Cowans Ltd; Switchgear & Cowans (S&C) manufactured AC Switchgear up to 33kV including 25kV Switchgear for the West Coast Main Line Railway. Sir Bobby Charlton worked for Switchgear & Cowans Ltd whilst serving his first year with Manchester United.
