Vintage Singer Sewing 99K Portable Electric Machine Wood Case ED 953974 (1947), Circa 1940s

This is a Vintage Singer 99K Portable Electric Sewing Machine Serial Number ED 953974 which dates this machine date of manufacture to 1947 in Kilbowie, Scotland. This particular model was fitted with the Acadex Motor and pedal and has a beautiful well cared for case complete with original SINGER transfer to the front, the machine also features a silver plated engraved head plate. The machine has a storage area which contains 4 modern singer sewing machine needles in packet and two spools. This machine is in truly stunning condition with the black paint work, plating and wood case in near perfect condition. (Please see all photos). The Sewing Machine in case measures 17.25" by 8.25" by 12.5" (in height) and as mentioned previous the Sewing Machine is in Stunning Condition (please refer to photos) so will have to rate as Excellent Plus Used Condition, the pedal and motor have been tested and operate the machine, though please note if you intend to use this machine for work, please make sure that you have all electric parts tested by a qualified pat tester or electrician.
