Item - Vintage Pfaff 30 Portable Electric Sewing Machine in Original Covered Wooden Case, Circa 1950s; the sewing machine comes complete with foot pedal, PFAFF tin with attachments and Instruction Book, the attachments include a felling foot, 2 hemmers, feed cover plate, etc... Condition - Excellent Used Condition, though the case covering is a little rubbed in places and the original handle has been replaced by a sturdy more recent example.
Other Interesting Points - This particular model was fitted with the Sew-Tric Ltd of London Motor and YDK YC-190 pedal and has a typical 1950s case, and a storage area for spools, etc... This machine is in truly stunning condition with the black paint work, plating and workings in near perfect condition. The pedal and motor have been tested and operate the machine no problem, though please note if you intend to use this machine for daily use please make sure that you have all electric parts tested by a qualified pat tester or electrician.
