Vintage Sewing British Made Advertising Aluminium Thimble News of The World Newspaper 3,000,000 Copi

This is a original aluminium advertising thimble, Circa 1930s. The thimble has a dark blue painted border around its circumferece that is cast with the advertising slogan - NEWS OF THE WORLD SALES EXCEEDS 3,000,000 COPIES, the inside of the top of the thimble is also stamped BRITISH MADE (Please see all Photos) The Thimble measures 0.625" in diameter at opening, with a height of 0.825" and is in Very Good Used Conditon, though there is a small ding to the top (Please refer to photos).
