Vintage Retro Discotec Cogebi Belgium Orange Red Black Designer Vinyl Record Rack Holder Circa 1960s

This is a fantastic designer 'DISCOTEC' record holder/rack made by Cogebi of Belgium, Circa 1960/70s. According to their Company Website, Cogebi was founded in 1929 as "Compagnie Générale Belge des Isolants" (General Insulation Company of Belgium) and specialised in industrial electrical insulation products as they do today, however the company also made souvenir pieces for the Brussels Expo '58 and it was not uncommon for industrial plastics companies to branch into plastic household items when they became popular in the fifties and sixties. The record holder/rack is made up of sections of orange, red and black that have a clipped together structure with each piece moulded with the 'DISCOTEC' name and the company mark giving the details - COGEBI 1660 LOT BELGIUM (Please see all Photos). The Cogebi Record Holder measures 13" square, with a depth of 9.25" and is in Excellent Used Condition (please refer to photos).
