Vintage Patent Pending Baby Glow Wire Bed Warmer Heater Clothes Airer, Circa 1950s Light Lamp

This is a very hard to find Patent Pending Baby Glow Single Bed Warmer as distributed by Dale Electrics of 42, Rutland Road, Wanstead, Circa 1950s; being a patent pending model shows that it is an early example prior to the full patent being granted. The Baby Glow Bed Warmer is made up of a painted wire frame which contains a cage with a 60 watt bulb within; it comes complete with a 8 1/2 foot flex/wire and a UK 3 pin plug and has been tested and works ok, though if intended for constant use please make sure it is re-wired by a qualified electrician. The Bed Warmer was also used for airing and warming clothing, though could be now used as a interesting lamp/feature for the home or garden, don't forget this would need checking by a qualified electrician, atlernatively the warmer would make a fantastic addition to an Early Technology Collection (Please see all photos).
