Vintage Ornate Ladies Folding Glove Button Hook Circa 1900-30s

This is a lovely ornate polished steel folding glove button hook as used by ladies for fastening the buttons on their delicate gloves, Circa 1900-30s. The Folding Glove Button Hook was devised so that a glove hook could be carried in the pocket without snagging to the material within, this type of hook folds into the cavity within its looped handle, the hook is then pushed out and locked into place for use (Please see all Photos) The Glove Button Hook measures 2.375" in length (closed), opening to 3.825" and is in Excellent Used Conditon.
