This is a medical instrument made by Sklar of U.S.A. appears to be a respatory bone instrument, Circa 1930s, though even with the original medical/surgical catalogues that we have here, we still have not been able to identify its use. The Instrument is stamped with the following details  - Sklar STAINLESS U.S.A. (Please see all Photos). The Instrument measures 7.5" in length and is in Excellent Used Conditon (Please Refer to Photos).
