This is a Ladies Nymph Razor in Yellow, Circa 1930/40s made by Souplex Limited of Morecambe, England, marked to the rear of the head with MADE IN ENGLAND, and the Souplex oval trademark name; the razor comes complete with a blade box that has 2 unused Nymph Blades within (please refer to photos). This Ladies 3 piece safety razor uses a simlar type of blade to the Gillette's, though the blade has to be a genuine Nymph Razor Blade to fit. The razor comes complete, with its original Two-part case (sectioned for dismantled razor), removable handle, safety support and top all in Yellow urea plastic (also available in blue, green, pink, peach) unusually the Art Deco motif to the convex lid is omitted (Please see all Photos).
Please note that Souplex who made the Nymph Razor no longer make the blades for this type of razor and therefore the blades have now become extremely hard to find near on impossible....
The Razor measures 2.25" in length and is in Excellent Used Condition, the case measures 2.25" by 1.25" and is also in Excellent Used Condition.
