Vintage Kitchen Utensil Tool Sardine Key Type Tin Opener and Server Made in England, Circa 1960s

This is a Vintage Chrome Plated Sardine Tin Opener and Server, Circa 1960s; the top of the tool is stamped with the details -MADE IN ENGLAND, though no mention of a maker. The tool has a flat shovel for serving the sardines, this is pierced with the image of a sardine and two floral patterns, the handle can be pulled away to reveal the slotted end which is for opening tins with the key type fitting such as sardine tins and corned beef (Please see all photos).
