Vintage Filos #863 Made in Italy Cats Eyes Diamante Spectacles Glasses in Case, Circa 1950s 45 20

This is a gorgeous pair of Vintage Filos Frames fitted with prescription lenses, Circa 1970s; the spectacles have a light amber effect to their translucent plastic frame, with the front corners and tops of arms set with diamantes giving a trully spectacular look to these Cats Eyes type frame. The right arm of the spectacles has the original gold FILOS makers plaque and the 863 model number, the left arm is stamped MADE IN ITALY, the rear of the frame is stamped just above the right arm pivot point with 45/20. (Please see all Photos). The Spectacles measure 4.5" across the front (between hinge points), with the arms measuring 5" in length and are in Excellent Used Condition, the lenses fitted are quite a low strength and appear to be for reading. The spectacles also come complete with a period metal case from STOTT & BROADHURST OPTICIANS of TALBOT ROAD, BLACKPOOL which measures 6.5" by 2.5" and is also in Excellent Used Condition and complete with original lens cleaning cloth (Please refer to photos).
