Item - Vintage 'Zippade' Dress Fastener in White by Rodmill Ltd, Liverpool, England, Circa 1950s. This ingenious device is used by hooking onto the zip tab before dressing, once the dress is on the cord is used to pull up the zip at the rear; the reverse procedure is then used to undo the zip and remove the dress; though don't forget to remove the 'Zippade' when going out. ;-)
