Item - Vintage English Leather Wrapped Pottery Tobacco Jar with Twist & Seal Top, Circa 1970s 

Maker - Unknown possibly Hornsea or Sylvac

Stamps - The Pot Jar is stamped with 1395 (most likely a mould number); though no makers mark to be found. The leather casing is also stamped to the base with MADE IN ENGLAND

Material Type - Black Pot with a Leather Wrap finished with a solid brass top

Circa - 1970s

Dimensions - 5.5" in height (4.75" diameter)

Weight - 870 gram
