Vintage Colgate & Co. New York Shaving Stick Trail Size Silver Plated Tin, Circa 1930s

This is a rather unusual find, a vintage trail size shaving stick silver plated tin made for Colgate & Company of New York, U.S.A., Circa 1930s. The tin is emobossed to the screw top cap with the information - COLGATE & CO SHAVING STICK NEW YORK TRAIL SIZE. The tin also retains its original paper insert that is printed with the details - Do not dip Soap in Water. Do not remove Paper Lining from box, this also remains intact, infact the only piece missing is the shaving stick (Please see all Photos). The Tin measures 1.25" square (height of 1.625") and is in Excellent Used Conditon (please refer to photos).
