Other Interesting Points - A Very Hard to find chocolate box produced for the Turret Chocolate Company of Macclesfield, Cheshire, England. The Spine of the box is printed with the details - A Volume of Real Spirit Liqueurs by Turret Chocolates. These chocolate liqueurs were only available at Licensed Premises as the inside reveals; the inside of the lid is printed with the details - HAND-MADE SPIRIT LIQUEUR CHOCOLATES Made from the GENUINE LIQUEUR SPIRIT TO BE SOLD ON LICENSED PREMISES ONLY Made by TURRET CHOCOLATES (LIQUEURS) LTD. PALMERSTON STREET, BOLLINGTON, MACCLESFIELD, CHESHIRE. THIS BOX CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING ASSORTMENT: Apricot Brandy by Cusenier, Kirsch by Peureux Fils, Kummel by Wolfschmidt, Cointreau, Cognac Brandy by W. Thorp & Son, Tia Maria, Creme de Menthe by Cusenier, Peach Brandy by Cusenier, Van der Hum by Bertrams, Whisky Liqueur by Glayva. They are bottle in the finest Couverture (Chocolate), I am sure that if you ate a full box of these you would have felt a little sick and most probably a little tipsy! The box also features an embossed red crushed velour extrerior, very nice!
