Vintage Blue Bird Toffee Tin, Sailor Telescope Boy, Circa 1960s H. Vincent Ltd

This is a lovely vintage sweet tin, that original contained Blue Bird Toffee, Circa 1960s. The tin is round with a pictorial pull off lid that depicts a old sailor showing a child the wonders of a telescope. The rear of the tin is printed with the details - "TAKE THE HOME SWEET HOME" BLUE BIRD TOFFEE MADE IN ENGLAND HARRY VINCENT LTD., HUNNINGTON, WORCESTERSHIRE, ENGLAND. The Tin measures 4.75" in diameter (height of 1.375") and is in Excellent Used Conditon, though there is a small ding in the side of the body and some light tape residue to the edge, and light corrision to the inside.
