Condition - The Wool/String Holder is in Excellent Used Condition with No Chips or Cracks (please refer to photos)
Other Interesting Points - This rather nice Bakelite Container was produced to hold wool/yarn and string......and has a pieceof ribbon attached to the top....this was so that while being used for knitting the holder could be held on the wrist to keep the keep the wool clean and tidy whilst working......it could also be used to hang the container whilst not in use. The container unscrews in the centre so that a ball of wool/string could be placed within and then pushed through the hole for use......this lovely item will be equally at home in the work room or Kitchen.....and possibly has far more uses........
