Item - Unusual Vintage Air Ministry Standard "Quick-Fixed' Transparent Invisible Plastic Coat Mender in Original Printed Paper Envelope, Circa 1940/50s. The Packet states MADE TO AIR MINISTRY STANDARD No. 32501 "QUICK-FIXED" TRANSPARENT INVISIBLE PLASTIC-COAT MENDER ALSO MENDS Plastic Hoods, Shoes, Curtains and Table Cloths. Will give a strong waterproof, oilproof, invisible repair. Simply cut off required length of transparent tape and apply on the inside of Garment, making sure surface is clean and dry. "QUICK-FIXED" :- London, Belfast, Dublin NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH PACKAGING TAPE; I am not sure due to it's age that it would still be usable but that said a very interesting piece of post war history......
