Vintage 10x8 Typhoo Football Card Thomas Gemmell Celtic and Scotland Circa 1960s

This is a original 1960s 10x8 Football Card produced by Typhoo Tea Limited of Birmingham, this particular card is of Thomas Gemmell of Celtic and Scotland. The blurb at the bottom of the card reads - Tommy Gemmell moved into senior football from Coltness United when he joined Celtic in the 1961/62 season. It was three years later that he became a full-time professional. He has gained seven International caps and six Inter-League caps so far. As a member of Celtic he has been on the winning side for two Scottish caps, three Scottish League caps and three League Championships. One highlight he remembers is scoring in the European Cup Final in Lisbon. (Please see scans). The Football Card measures 10" by 8" and is in Excellent Used Conditon and ideal for framing.
