Vintage 10x8 Typhoo Football Card Ron Davies Southampton and Wales Circa 1960s

This is a original 1960s 10x8 Football Card produced by Typhoo Tea Limited of Birmingham, this particular card is of Ron Davies of Southampton and Wales. The blurb at the bottom of the card reads - Ron Davies started his career with Chester in 1961 and moved to Luton for £10,000. A year later he moved to Norwich for £35,000 and then to Southampton for a £60,000 fee. So far he has 10 International caps and in the 1966/67 season he finished as a top goal-scorer with 43 goals. In the following season he shared joint top place with 28 goals. (Please see scans). The Football Card measures 10" by 8" and is in Excellent Used Conditon and ideal for framing.
