Vintage 10x8 Typhoo Football Card John Greig Rangers and Scotland Circa 1960s

This is a original 1960s 10x8 Football Card produced by Typhoo Tea Limited of Birmingham, this particular card is of John Greig of Rangers and Scotland. The blurb at the bottom of the card reads - Signed up as a professional by Rangers in 1960 John Greig made his first team debut two years later. Since that time he has become captain of Rangers and Scotland and in the 1965/66 season was voted 'Player of the Year' by Scottish Sportswriters. To date he has 34 caps - 22 full caps, 12 league and two 'under 23'. As a right-back he scored the only goal of the match for his country against Italy in November 1965. (Please see scans). The Football Card measures 10" by 8" and is in Excellent Used Conditon and ideal for framing.
