Vintage 10x8 Typhoo Football Card Ian Ure Arsenal/Man Utd and Scotland Circa 1960s

This is a original 1960s 10x8 Football Card produced by Typhoo Tea Limited of Birmingham, this particular card is of Ian Ure of Arsenal* and Scotland. The blurb at the bottom of the card reads - After five years with Dundee, Ian Ure moved to his present club in July 1963 for a fee of £62,500, a then record price for a centre-half. He now has four League caps, one 'Under 23' cap and 12 full caps for Scotland and an outstanding game he remembers is the defeat of England at Wembley in April 1963 when Scotland won 1-2 after playing most of the game with ten men. *Transferred to Man. United in August 1969. (Please see scans). The Football Card measures 10" by 8" and is in Excellent Used Conditon and ideal for framing.
